How do I download my resume as a PDF?
Open your resume in the builder and click Download in the top bar. Resuzen compiles it through a real LaTeX engine and returns a true, ATS-friendly PDF — not a browser screenshot.
My PDF won’t generate — what happened?
This is almost always a stray LaTeX metacharacter (%, &, $, #, _, {, or }) in your text. Resuzen escapes the common cases automatically, but unusual combinations can break compilation. The LaTeX Guide lists the safe-formatting rules.
Can I recover an earlier version of my resume?
Yes. In the builder, open History from the top bar to save named versions, browse them, and restore any one — with a one-click Undo if you change your mind.
What’s the difference between Free and Pro?
Free lets you build and download resumes with a 3-resume cap and AI features at a daily limit. Pro unlocks unlimited resumes, premium templates, and higher AI limits. See Plans & Pricing for the full breakdown.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Go to Account → Manage Billing to open the secure Stripe portal, where you can update or cancel your plan at any time.

Your resumes are stored securely and are only accessible from your account. See our Privacy Policy for the details on how your data is handled.
